I can't thank Kaz enough for his truly exceptional help and support finding me my ideal apartment. He was knowledgeable about all issues, communicated very well with me in excellent English, was very attentive and concerned to understand exactly what I wanted, did careful searches based on my needs, advised me candidly and clearly on all steps I needed to take, and then represented me effectively to all parties -- listing agents, guarantor companies, utilities, etc. I can't recommend Kaz highly enough for any foreigner looking for a place to live in the Tokyo area.
