The appartement hunt was getting frustrating: week after week meeting with agencies, searching the web, filling out complicated forms and looking at appartement that were ok, but never just right. Then finally we met Kaz. A quick phone call and a meeting at his office and he already understood our preferences. An appartement hunt later, we choose the appartement and after a couple of weeks we moved. Kaz was extremely pro-active and helpful during the whole process. Kaz speaks not only very good English, but also takes the time to explain the particularities of the Japanese renting system (or did you know that the fire insurance includes a stalker insurance?). I can highly recommend Kaz for foreigners and Japanese appartement hunters alike.
